Farmers Market PotteryThe monthly Arts & Artisans Day is back at Central Sarasota Farmer’s Market this Saturday, February 7. The day highlights original products from local vendors.

New this month is Kirsten Ragan operating Health Evokes Beauty (HEB). Kirsten offers small-batch natural cosmetics. We also have Creations by JC, featuring hand-painted birdhouses by Jan Curry.

Returning Arts & Artisans Vendors include woodworks by Randall and Melda Davis; stoneware pottery by Linda Rush and Cheryl Fisher, known as the Pottery Gals; homemade soaps and candles by Carolyn Fuccy of CJ Fuccy Designs; and Tropical Terrariums by Ian Kavanagh.

The Central Market General Store is in full swing and has a new jam from Sunshine Canning: Meyer Lemon Ginger Jelly!

Good Food Awards…… AGAIN

Also big news is that Kristine Insalaco-Gaioni, maker of our Lick My Spoon caramel sauces won the Good Foods Award for the second year in a row for her caramel sauce!! Congratulations Kristine! While we’re on the topic of Lick My Spoon, we also have a new product from them: Hazel Nut Spread.

New Product – Kombucha

We have added Kombucha from 221B.C. Flavors include: Lemon/Lime/Cayenne Kombucha, Raspberry/Hibiscus Kombucha, Ginger Kombucha, and Orange/Turmerc/Cinnamon Kombucha. Read About 221BC.

New Product – Olives

olivelinkLast but not least, we have added Steve’s Gourmet Olives. Steve operates out of the Tampa area and we offer his mild and spicy Italian, greek, and pirate olives.
