Central Market General Store
Central Sarasota Farmers Market is very excited to announce our Central Market General Store: a shared booth that offers display space to multiple local businesses. The General Store will be operated by CSFM and enables local businesses & vendors to sell non-perishable goods at the Central Sarasota Farmers Market without having to set up, staff, and maintain a presence at the market.
The store is ideal for business owners who want to sell their products and reinforce their brand in a different market, but do not want to incur the expense of purchasing additional tents, tables and displays, hiring new employees, or renting space at the full vendor fee.
The General Store will eventually offer Central Sarasota Farmers Market paraphernalia such as shirts, bags, and whatever else we decide to print up…. once we get it printed.
Finally, the General Store will also act as our information booth where we will display information about our sponsors, community partners, and events, as well as have someone present who can answer questions.
We are starting out with just a few vendors but are taking applications for the General Store. Click here if you would like to submit a General Store application.
We believe that Greens on the Gro Farm will be back this weekend with super-fresh hydroponic produce grown in our own backyard of Palmetto, Florida! We’ll confirm on our Facebook page.
Brooklyn Knish will not be at the market but our new General Store will have a selection of their Knish’s.
Sues Handbags is still out of town.
